JUMP START YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE WITH hipAHA!!!

hipAHA beach classes are held on the beach in Fenwick Island, Delaware.  Current classes include beach hatha yoga, beach circuit  and beach boot camp.  Join us for hipAHA Warrior Challenge Days.  One day a month, a 90 minute challenge.  Please check the schedule for updates.
