Isn't it time to put the FUN back in FITness??

hipAHA beach classes are held on the beach in Fenwick Island, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.  Current classes include beach yoga, beach circuit  and beach boot camp.  Join us for hipAHA Warrior Challenge Days.  One day a month, a 90 minute challenge.  Please check the schedule for updates.
