DAILY CLASSES

hipAHA offers fitness classes on the beach in Fenwick Island!!! Classes consist  mix of cardio and strength training exercises - and the occasional games! Classes are held on the beach at the end of Atlantic Street in Fenwick Island, DE. There are parking restrictions so please read the signs carefully! Classes will be cancelled for inclement weather – thunder and lightening. You will not need shoes for any of the beach classes but please remember to bring a mat, water and a beach towel.

New for 2010 - drop-in classes are $10. For discounted prices - a punch passes can be purchased and shared. The 10 visit pass is $80, 20 visit pass is $100. Feel free to purchase a pass and leave it at your beach house for your guests - they do NOT expire.
